The deadloop.fr website is hosted by OVH SAS, a société par actions simplifiée registered with the RCS Lille Métropole under number 424 761 419, headquartered at 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France — data center located in Gravelines (France) — www.ovhcloud.com.
DeadLoop sells digital audio software products (VST/AU plugins) through its website. Each purchase grants the buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Pursuant to article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (franchise en base de TVA). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. DeadLoop does not store credit card information.
Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, the customer receives a license key and download links via email within minutes. No physical goods are shipped.
Waiver of legal right of withdrawal: In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the customer expressly acknowledges that the supply of digital content (license keys and software downloads) begins immediately upon payment confirmation, and expressly waives the 14-day legal right of withdrawal. By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to immediate execution of the contract.
As a commercial gesture beyond legal requirements, DeadLoop offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us at contact@deadloop.fr to request a refund.
In accordance with articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity on digital content for a duration of 2 years from the supply of the product. If the digital content is not in conformity with the contract, the customer may request its bringing into conformity at no cost, or, failing that, a price reduction or contract termination under the conditions set by the Consumer Code. To exercise this guarantee, contact contact@deadloop.fr. This legal guarantee applies independently from, and in addition to, the 14-day commercial satisfaction guarantee mentioned in section 6.
All future updates for a purchased product are included at no additional cost. DeadLoop is not obligated to provide updates on a specific schedule.

Recipients / sub-processors: your data may be processed by the following service providers, bound by data-processing agreements: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (payment processing, EU + transfer to Stripe Inc. USA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses), OVH SAS (web hosting and SMTP, EU only), MuseHub (only if you purchased through their platform).
Retention periods: license and customer records — kept for the duration of the commercial relationship plus 10 years (legal accounting obligation, art. L123-22 Code de commerce). Marketing email lists — kept until you unsubscribe or after 3 years of inactivity, whichever comes first. Daily unique-visitor tracking — purged after 30 days. Hashed IPs in download / trial logs — anonymized after 90 days. Server logs — 12 months max.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties beyond the sub-processors listed above. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics. In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection at any time by contacting contact@deadloop.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at www.cnil.fr.

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DeadLoop shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or loss of revenue.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
DeadLoop is a project built collaboratively. The roles of the team members are listed below for transparency. Legal responsibility for the publishing entity rests solely with the sole proprietor named in section 1.
