2. Products & Licensing

DeadLoop sells digital audio software products (VST/AU plugins) through its website. Each purchase grants the buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

Each license key can be activated on up to 2 machines simultaneously.
License keys are personal and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
The software may not be reverse-engineered, decompiled, or modified.
DeadLoop reserves the right to revoke licenses in case of abuse or violation of these terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. DeadLoop does not store credit card information.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, the customer receives a license key and download links via email within minutes. No physical goods are shipped.

5. Refund Policy

DeadLoop offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us at contact@deadloop.fr to request a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Upon refund, your license key will be revoked and the software will no longer function.
Refund requests made after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Updates

All future updates for a purchased product are included at no additional cost. DeadLoop is not obligated to provide updates on a specific schedule.

7. Support

Technical support is provided via email at contact@deadloop.fr. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.

8. Privacy

DeadLoop collects only the data necessary to deliver the product and provide support:

Email address — to deliver license keys and communicate about your purchase.
Hardware fingerprint — a non-reversible hash used solely for license activation. No personal data is extracted from your system.
Payment data — processed and stored exclusively by Stripe. DeadLoop never sees or stores your card details.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DeadLoop shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or loss of revenue.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
